Position Overview:

As the Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our recruitment team, facilitating the seamless execution of recruitment processes, ensure efficient and accurate mobilisation and compliance documentation is complete, and contributing to the overall success of the business.

You will have the opportunity to work closely with recruiters, candidates, and clients, making this role ideal for individuals with strong communication skills and a proactive mindset.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with the coordination of recruitment activities, including but not limited to managing candidate documentation for compliance and mobilisation, managing candidate correspondence, and updating candidate databases.

Administrative assistance to the recruitment team

Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings, providing exceptional customer service to all stakeholders.

Support the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork, orientation, and training logistics.

Assist with ad-hoc projects and administrative tasks as assigned by management.

 

Qualifications:

Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within a recruitment or similar industry.

Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse audiences.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with database management systems.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.

A proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving, with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
